Mrs. Ida E. Haag died yesterday morning at 5:15 of Brights disease at her home in 
Olpe. Ida E. Weinmann was born in Leavenworth on May 6, 1862. She was married to 
Mike Haag in St. Patricks Church in Atchison on Feb. 23, 1881. The Haag family moved 
to Olpe in 1891. Mrs. Haag is survived by her husband, Mike Haag , her mother Mrs. 
Catherine Weinmann of Atchison, 3 sisters; Mrs. Catherine Seeger and Mrs. Peter Weber 
of Atchison, Mrs. Annie Beien of Fleming, Colorado and 4 brothers; Peter Weinmann of 
Olpe, J.J.Weinmann, Will Weinmann, and John Weinmann of Atchison.

Mrs. Haag is also survived by 11 children. One daughter preceded her in death. The 
surviving children are: Mrs. Mary Sterbenz, Mrs. Barbara Waechter, Mrs. Kate Miller, 
Mrs. Margaret Schadegg, Jacob, Mike Jr., John, Albert, Frank and Sylvester of Olpe 
and Mrs. Ida Schadegg of Fleming, Colorado. The pallbearers will be her 6 sons.
12 children and 109 grandchildren.
